Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Policy applies to purchases made through www.elhassenchelghoum.org, including digital products, recorded programmes, meditations, online experiences, live Business Healing sessions, private sessions, group programmes and related services. The services are operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], trading as ELHASSEN.C / Business Healing (“we”, “us”, “our”). Effective date: 4 August 2026.

1. General refund principle
Due to the immediate-access and experiential nature of our digital products and services, all sales are generally final once access has been granted or service delivery has begun, except where:
- A refund is required by applicable consumer law.
- A payment provider or Merchant of Record requires otherwise.
- One of the limited exceptions described below applies.
Nothing in this Policy removes any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Digital products and recorded content
Digital products may include:
- Recorded meditations.
- Recorded challenges.
- Online courses and programmes.
- Business Healing tools and worksheets.
- Downloadable documents.
- Assessment reports.
- Audio, video or electronically accessible content.
- Access to a digital library or members’ area.
Because access is normally provided immediately after payment, digital-product purchases are non-refundable once the customer has:
- Received access credentials.
- Opened the members’ area.
- Downloaded a file.
- Streamed or consumed part of the content.
- Received a personalised assessment or report.
A change of mind, failure to use the product, lack of time, or a difference in personal expectations does not normally qualify for a refund.
Where applicable law provides a withdrawal period for online purchases, you may be asked at checkout to request immediate delivery of the digital content, expressly consent to delivery beginning during the withdrawal period, and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right may end once delivery begins. This acknowledgement applies only where permitted by law.
3. Live and private sessions
All private and live sessions require advance booking. You may reschedule a session once by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled starting time.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be declined.
- A late cancellation is treated as a completed session.
- Failure to attend without notice is treated as a completed session.
- Arriving late does not automatically extend the session.
- Confirmed sessions are non-refundable.
- Unused sessions in an expired package are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If we cancel a session and cannot provide a suitable alternative date, you may choose between rescheduling the affected session or receiving a refund for the undelivered session.
4. Group programmes and live experiences
Registration fees for challenges, group programmes, workshops, retreats or live experiences are non-refundable after:
- The programme has begun.
- Access to preparatory or recorded material has been granted.
- A participant has attended any session.
- A reserved place has prevented another participant from joining.
If a programme is cancelled entirely by us, participants will be offered a replacement programme, account credit, or a refund for the part that was not delivered.
5. Limited refund exceptions
A refund request may be considered when:
- A verified technical failure on our side prevents access and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable period.
- The same order was charged more than once.
- The purchased product was not delivered.
- We cancelled a paid service without offering a reasonable replacement.
- The service or product delivered was materially different from its description at the time of purchase.
- Applicable law requires a refund.
Dissatisfaction with personal progress or results does not, by itself, qualify for a refund because outcomes depend on many individual factors.
6. Subscriptions and recurring payments
Where a subscription or recurring membership is offered:
- The billing frequency and price will be displayed before purchase.
- You authorise the payment provider to charge the applicable recurring amount.
- You may cancel future renewals through the method provided in your account or by contacting us.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not normally create a refund for a billing period that has already started.
- Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout terms state otherwise.
Any minimum commitment period will be disclosed before purchase.
7. Stripe and PayPal payments
When Stripe or PayPal processes a payment, we generally remain the seller of the product or service. Approved refunds will normally be sent to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, currency and country.
Stripe and PayPal may apply their own payment, dispute, security and buyer-protection rules. Those rules do not automatically replace this Policy, but any non-excludable rights provided by the payment provider or applicable law remain available.
8. Lemon Squeezy purchases
For purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy, the checkout receipt may identify Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. In that situation:
- Lemon Squeezy processes the transaction as the Merchant of Record.
- Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms may also apply.
- Refunds may need to be processed through Lemon Squeezy.
- Applicable sales tax, VAT or similar indirect taxes may be calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy.
- If this Policy conflicts with mandatory law or binding Merchant-of-Record terms, those mandatory requirements will take priority.
Customers should first contact us using the email address shown on their purchase receipt. We will coordinate with Lemon Squeezy when necessary.
9. How to request an eligible refund
Send your request to elhassenc@elhassenchelghoum.com and include:
- Your full name.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Order or transaction number.
- Product or service purchased.
- Purchase date.
- A clear explanation of the problem.
- Screenshots or other evidence of a technical problem, where relevant.
Requests relating to technical failure, duplicate billing, non-delivery or material misdescription should be submitted promptly, preferably within 14 days of purchase. This period does not limit any longer mandatory right provided by applicable law.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us before opening a bank, card, Stripe, PayPal or Lemon Squeezy dispute. This gives us an opportunity to investigate and resolve legitimate concerns quickly. Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a lawful right to dispute an unauthorised or incorrectly processed payment.
If a dispute is opened:
- Access to the disputed product or service may be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated.
- We may provide the payment provider with relevant records, including checkout acceptance, access records, communications, attendance information and the applicable policies.
- Fraudulent, abusive or duplicate refund claims may result in permanent loss of access.
